This eventful circular hiking route, which starts and finishes at the Tourist Info Bönigen, takes visitors to the historic Aenderberg wooden bridge.

Walk from the Tourist Info Bönigen along the banks of the lake and cross the footbridge over the Lütschine river. Then you follow the river as far as the main street. Continue along Lütschinendamm as far as the Aenderberg bridge, accompanied all the way by the sound of rushing water. Cross this attractive, covered wooden bridge and carry on walking towards Acherhubel. You will soon find the "Chrottengräbli", a renaturalised stream providing a habitat to many animals. Pass the Acherhubel farm with its small farm shop and head past the church on your way back to Bönigen.
