In the Holiday Region Interlaken you will find five diverse skiing and snowboarding areas with a lot of charm: Beatenberg-Niederhorn, Brienz-Axalp, Diemtigtal and, during especially snowy winters, the small but beautiful resorts of Habkern and Aeschi-Aeschiried. The summit stations of the popular Jungfrau skiing region can be reached within an hour from Interlaken. Let yourself go in the action-packed Skyline Snowpark on the Schilthorn, jump over cool kickers on the First, carve on your skis or snowboard over broad pistes and trace your tracks in the fluffy powder snow. In winter, Axalp transforms into a snow-covered natural paradise with stunning views over the wintry mountains and lakes. The charming winter sports region offers a family-friendly atmosphere and genuine hospitality. A chair lift and three tow lifts provide access to the 15 km of excellently groomed pistes of various levels of difficulty. Children can enjoy themselves on two children’s ski lifts in the “Axiland” children’s paradise. Ski across the powdery snow and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

The picturesque Habkern ski resort is in the mountain village of the same name. You leave your accommodation in the morning and are standing directly on a piste made of pure natural snow. The central position is a definite advantage. Spend a few spontaneous, unforgettable hours in the snow. A single ski lift connects the four well groomed pistes. Also take time to visit the children's winter paradise. The generous training area of the ski school Habkern, with its magic carpet, snow carousel and character course, is the perfect place to teach children how to ski or snowboard in a fun way.

The Jungfrau Ski Region with more than 200 kilometres of pistes is one of the most popular skiing areas in Switzerland. The individual skiing areas Grindelwald-First, Männlichen-Kleine Scheidegg and Mürren-Schilthorn together make up the majestic skiing region.
